Our cost of a staging consultation will vary depending on the size of your home. For most homes, home staging consultation package will cost anywhere from $180 to $500 dollars.
Walk & Talk Consultation – $180
Lasting 1-2 hours, I will walk through the house making verbal recommendations and suggestions, clients are encouraged to take notes.
Written Report Consultation – $250-500 depending on size of home
After walking through the house, I will provide a full written report that includes pictures, recommendations and suggestions in order to help you get your home ready to sell.
